Breathing to Restore Health

Your breath may be the catalyst to bring you the miracle of health. True health is inclusive of three levels, Mind-Body-Spirit. I believe awareness of your Spirit is a main component for living a healthy lifestyle.

Health is relative to your perspective and how you view your whole self does not necessarily mean you cure an illness. It means you have a level of healthfulness that is beyond your physical limitations. Discovering where your energy is directed is the first step to total recovery.

"I have experienced results with Anna and the breath work she does is beyond what I ever could expect in therapy. The core of her work is the key in helping people understand the power they can access through breath and attending to their lives in a more holistic way."

Oxygen is a known factor in keeping pathogens and bacteria in check. When the body is receiving a proper amount of oxygen it becomes less appealing to anaerobic pathogens as they can't thrive in a oxygenated environment. Click here Book Excerpts to read more about my healing process.

Our thoughts and feelings are a form of energy which manifests in our physical bodies as well as our life experience. Choosing to unlock the driving force behind illness, lack of vitality or lackluster living is the power each of us has and it goes beyond any drug, vitamin or exercise program we might try in order to feel better.

What if feeling better starts by getting in touch with the part of you that is not separate from health? What if there is a part of you that has nothing to do with the health of your physical body? Connecting to that even if it is only for a few seconds can influence your relationship to health and possibly give your body a new level of well being to adapt to.

No matter what your beliefs about spirit or soul are, we all have a force within, which is alive and though it is something we cannot define we know it exists. What if opening the window to the soul allows the mind a new picture where You are fully empowered to live your life as you have always dreamed?

Creating space for this life force or vital energy to inhabit our bodies fully allows us to become the reflection of total health regardless of the physical challenges. You create this space inside your body. With each breath you draw in that life force. In eastern cultures this life force is called Chi or prana.

Through breath work, imagery and clearing of the mind’s clutter, the spirit wakes from slumber reconnecting all three parts of the whole self. A new reality is present and as thought forms are being refined, the body soon desires to have this feeling of well being as its state of homeostasis. Over time, the mind and body adapt. Illness can move out and dissolve away from the true you.  It is as if you re-inhabit or reclaim your self.

We have heard an abundance of stories where people have had miraculous remissions and healing in their bodies. This should be proof enough that something is within each of us to create this same result.

Each of us has the potential to be our own healer and creator of well being.

During your breath work sessions, you learn your personal tools that help you stay in a state of openness where the body can quickly readjust itself to your own picture of wellness. This is the detailed work you learn to do with Breathe for Healing, CD two of the Whole-Body Breathing™ Series.

You are already in your wholeness and perhaps moving some energy and resolving emotional constriction is the next step to living your life with abundant joy.
